| Tiivistelmä: | The paper reviews the content of Negotiation Journal, identifying issues and themes investigated in it during the past 25 years. Furthermore, the current issues and the future challenges in this field of study are explored. The paper argues that the last 25 years have shown the increasing complexification of negotiation theory and practice, from increased numbers of stakeholders and issues, and dilemmas of intertemporal commitments, accountability, ethics, and relationships of private action to public responsibility. |
