| Tiivistelmä: | The role of developing countries in the world trading system has changed considerably over recent years. Globalization is also increasingly changing the "rules of the game". All this contributed to a much more active participation of developing countries in the Uriguay Round of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). The primary objective of this paper is to provide an overview of major issues related to global liberalization in agricultural trade. |
