| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses issues concerning the organizational performance, competitive strategy and human resource (hereafter as HR) systems in Kenya. The discussion draws on data gathered in self-administered questionnaires carried out with 160 managers and employees in four hotels. The different HR systems of hotels were compared and reviewed after the statistical analysis of data. |
