| Tiivistelmä: | The article studies depression among hotel employees. The data were collected from hotel employees in central Florida and the findings indicate a small yet noteworthy incidence of depression among hospitality industry employees. The reasons behind depression and the effects of it on the organization and its workers are discussed. |
