| Tiivistelmä: | The article looks at the impact of the continuous innovation (hereafter as CI) and performance measurement in a cluster of small and medium sized enterprises (hereafter as SMEs). The paper uses a Brazilian SME cluster as a case study to introduce a conceptual model about to manage actions to improve collective efficiency and measure performance. Despite the fact that this model is quite challenging, the authors suggest that it can encourage SME clusters to work together and further CI actions. |
