| Tiivistelmä: | At present, there exist many views of over-consumption in the theoretical circles. The author discusses the inevitability of the over-consumption of some residents at the present stage after analyzing the conditions of the over-consumption possesses at present in China, high lighting that the over-consumption is an inevitable economic phenomenon which occurs in developing economy at the primary stage of socialism and in the course of reform. He stresses the positive effect of over-consumption on the rationalization of the industrial and the consumption structure and the development of science and technology. |
