| Tiivistelmä: | Foreign investors' acquisition and merger of state-owned enterprises has become the main mode of transnational corporations' direct investment in China and their entering the Chinese market. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the concept of "acquisition and merger" and the characteristics of foreign investors' acquisition and merger of state-owned enterprise. On the basis of an analysis of the advantages and the disadvantages which it has brought to China's economy, this paper comes to the following conclusion: it is the inevitable phenomena in the course of introducing foreign investment in China. At last, this paper raises some opinion and suggestions on how to solve the existing problems. |
