| Tiivistelmä: | The article demonstrated the special significance of man-power-resource about China's economic growth on the basis of the relationship between the man-power-resource and economic growth. According to the present development of man-power-resource in China, the development strategy that improve economic growth in a long-term must realize the importance of the development of man-power-resource. It's an essential strategy for policy of education and science to make nation prosperous for China's development, so the government should increase the educational investment, develop and improve the quality of man-power-resource. |
