| Tiivistelmä: | The right of handle things and the financial right of organs at different levels must be kept identical due to the imperfections of our current separate tax system in order to follow international practice. This article points out that we have to adjust the points of increase of tax revenue, further perfect transferring payment system, strengthen collecting and managing of taxes and guarantee that financial income will be put in state treasury in time. |
