| Tiivistelmä: | This study examines the differences in expectations with respect to corporate social responsibility (CSR) between NGOs and companies that interact with each other. For this purpose, a web-based tool is developed. The application of this tool shows relevant gaps between mutual expectations in the beginning of the interaction and the actual experiences. |
