| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses the career success of international women expatriates in Norway. Both subjective and objective career success is measured and Norwegian and international women are compared in these dimensions. The findings indicate that even though being foreign may be disadvantageous in Norway, expatriate women can overcome this through investing in language, motivation and education. |
