| Tiivistelmä: | The author starts out from the assumption that a legal rule is the 'logical syntax of speech' which helps the judge to get from a record to a judgement. An opinion in a legal case is a realization of a transformation rule. On the basis of this approach the article attempts to explain legal fictions. |
