| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the barriers involved in knowledge transfer, arising from the levels of learning in the organization. These barriers were investigated with the Delphi method, which was applied in two stages. First, the major barriers in the transfer of knowledge in the levels of learning were obtained. Second, the critical sources from which these barriers arise were derived. The writers identified 14 sources from which the barriers arise were obtained. A considerable impact of these sources on the levels of learning was derived. |
