| Tiivistelmä: | Through the deepening up of the reforms, many large and medium-sized State-owned enterprises may turn to be vigorous and lively, as the reform practice has shown. However, there is one thing that must be clear, that is: privatization does not conform with the actual conditions of China and it should not be the goal of the reforms of the State-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. Privatilization means turmoils for China and is, therefore, disastrous. |
