| Tiivistelmä: | From the deep-seated analysis on enterprise's legal status, corporate governance and legal form, we will find that the establishment of modern enterprise system and the reform of state-owned enterprise are not the same thing. In our country there are so many various state-owned enterprises that it is impossible to tackle or transform them by only one way or one system. So we must handle this problem in accordance with differing situations. |
