| Tiivistelmä: | State enterprises being heavily in debt would lead up to increasing the operational risk of enterprises, bringing banks serious consequences and making allocation of economic resources in appropriate, thus causing the morbid operation of national economy. State enterprises being heavily in debt is, in fact, the direct consequence brought by the fact that the operational scale of state-owned economic assets exceeded the enduring capability of state financial strength. So the basic point in solving the problems is to place first the economic performance of state enterprises and the added value of assets, and also to make the state- owned economy grow really on the basis of reinforcement of state financial strength. |
