| Tiivistelmä: | In 1994, the average asset debt ratio of the country's 3532 state-owned textile enterprises reached 79.08%, among which printing and dyeing industry's and knitting industry's hit 85.64% and 89.4% respectively. So in fact, there existed a batch of enterprises with assets which can not compensate for debts. In the course of reform of enterprise system, we must use the system of bankruptcy effectively, establish a system for pre-warning and controlling bankrupt of enterprises, strengthen government's function of macro control and readjustment, make enterprises go bankrupt through market force and at the same time establish and perfect social security system. |
