| Tiivistelmä: | As to the proportion of state-owned economy in infrastructure, basic industries, pillar industries, leading industries as well as processing industries, this paper puts forward its train of thought on the adjustment: (1) giving small state-owned enterprises and part of large and medium-sized ones full authority and completing the adjustment of these industries with state-owned asset holdings by the end of this century; (2) breaking the absolutely monopolist position of state-owned economy in basic industries; (3) expanding and transforming large state enterprises, cutting down medium and small-sized enterprises and promoting the development of pillar industries; (4) strengthening control over military industry and leading industries. |
