| Tiivistelmä: | (1) what characterizes the modern enterprise system is explicitness of the property right, clear-cut rights and responsibilities, separation of governments from enterprises and scientific management. (2)Transformation of the management mechanism means that under the system of the market economy, enterprises are to revolve with markets as the axis, rotate with attainment of goals of management as the center, and enter the market competition system as independent legal persons. The mechanism of enterprises can be drastically changed by creating a modern enterprise system. (3)Big and leading enterprises, showing national strength, must be invigorated and enhanced, while small ones, making markets brisk, must be opened and given freedom. (4)Work harder at merger and bankruptcy and solve problems by means of stock adjustment. |
