| Tiivistelmä: | The ownership of socialist countries, decided by the nature of modern productive force has both its unique superiority and problems caused due to many reasons. After the internal property rights relationship has been handled well through reform, it will be possible to create an enterprise mechanism with vitality and cohesion and a well coordinated social and economic operational mechanism. We can use the Western countries' experiences in changing the property rights system for reference but we can not copy them for their reform was conducted on the premise of safe guarding the private property rights. |
