| Tiivistelmä: | The operational mechanism of China's state-owned enterprises is, in essence, a special kind of trustier-agent. There exist serious drawbacks in such aspects as trustees, agents, and inspiring and restraint mechanisms. So the problem of agents in the two-tier trustier-agent operation is not at all surprising. It finds expression in the following: The state-owned enterprises are operating with low efficiency and the problem of drain of public assets is serious. The orientation of the reform of state-owned enterprises is to develop what is useful and discard what is not in the two tier trustier-agent operational mechanism, reduce the agent links in the operation of enterprises and cultivate entrepreneur market. |
