| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, foreign businessmen's control of investment and acquisition of our state-owned enterprises have the following new tendencies: (1)To acquire mainly middle-sized backbone enterprises with good economic returns instead of ordinary enterprises. (2)To change from forming joint ventures to purchasing controlling shares and control the management of the enterprises. (3) To purchase backbone enterprises in the same industries but in different areas instead of scattered and random acquisition. (4) To list abroad with the name of the required state-owned enterprises (5) To acquire the control of the enterprises with small amount of capital through payment by installment (6)To develop towards grouping. |
