| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, Shanghai's state-owned enterprises have made greater success in their development and reform. The overall state-owned sector has been enlarged continuously. The liabilities state of industrial state-owned enterprises is taking a turn for the better, and the ratio of liabilities is declining continuously too. The experiments modern enterprise system in 140 enterprises have achieved a certain results. To deepen the reform, state-owned enterprises should take the gradient transfer of product mix as their target, attach importance to policy-formulating for the small sized state-owned enterprises and establish a complete and scientific indicator system of operation of state-owned assets to bring into play the supervisory function of statistics. |
