| Tiivistelmä: | In the reform of medium-and small-sized state-owned enterprises, the following models are being taken, forming the system of enterprises with an aim at forming share holding companies, collectively-owned share holding enterprises, running individually leased state-owned fixed assets, open auction,, giving enterprises' all assets in payment for bank's loans, merger, the state's recalling cost gradually by means of leasing, transferring partial property rights to foreign business men for graft transformation, "one factory, many systems" and going bankrupt. The major difficulties are as follows: the drain of state-owned assets, privatisation, enterprises' debt, the internal management of the transformed enterprises, and the resettlement and social security of their laid-off workers as well as the management of state-owned assets. |
