| Tiivistelmä: | What China would look like depends to a great extent on whether China's reform will at last cross the "threshold" of reforming state-owned enterprises and China will reform the traditional national ownership. To accelerate the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, we must meet the need of market economy and really transform the system of large-and medium-sized enterprises in the industries with competitiveness into enterprises practising corporate system with the mixed ownership as the base. Besides we have to promote the development of enterprise groups and international business, establish the independent and innovative technological progress mechanism, push state-owned enterprises to market and make effort to establish a massive contingent of professional entrepreneurs with high quality. |
