| Tiivistelmä: | When the state-owned foreign trade companies in special economic zones are facing serious difficulties, they should , first, carry out optimisation grouping and develop group foreign trade enterprises in order to conduct business of moderate scale. Starting from the long-term interests, they should realise diversification of export markets while consolidating Hong Kong's, European and American markets. Besides, they should attach importance to raising the price of goods for competition by using the means of non-price competition, such as delivering goods on time, fulfilling quality and quantity requirements, improving packaging, strengthening advertising publicity and after-sale service. They also need to perfect management and distribution system and adopt flexible management tactics centring on the economic returns. |
