| Tiivistelmä: | Foreign investor's merging state-owned enterprises has promoted China's economic development but also exerted certain negative influence, such as the drain of state-owned assets thus affecting the development of China's national industry and adding burdens on the government and enterprises. This paper analyses this issue and raises some suggestions correspondingly. But the evaluation of any regime is not a short course. Foreign investors' merging state-owned enterprises originates in the drawbacks in regime during the period of transition. So only by speeding up the reform of regime, can the problem be solved thoroughly. |
