Tiivistelmä:The competition structure of retail trading is decided by 5 forces-new participants, substitutes, suppliers, buyers and competitors within industries. On the basis of analysing the structure, this paper raises three strategies: 1.strategy of cost in the lead, highlighting the lower cost of business operation. 2. diversifying strategy, highlighting the characterisation of business operation and products. 3. focus strategy highlighting dividing in detail markets, that is, an enterprise establishes for itself a system guarding against the above 5. forces by concentrating all its efforts to satisfy a specialised group of consumers.
