| Tiivistelmä: | Activating state-owned assets and then improving their operational quality are of vital importance to the development of productive forces, improvement of people's living standard and enhancement of national comprehensive strength. To raise the operational quality and efficiency of state capital, we should take the following measures: attaching importance to and strengthening the internal management of enterprises and raising the management level of state capital operation; rearranging debt to reduce the liabilities level of state capital; practicing the "large-sized corporation and group" strategy to enhance the market competitiveness of state capital; strengthening industrial management, improving the environment of enterprises for business operation and inspiring enterprises to raise the quality of operation of state capital. |
