They are established for adapting to the demand of socialist market economy system and seperating the functions of the government and enterprises. This paper makes exposition in detail as to the characteristics of such a new economic entity, the relationship between the organs and the government's departments, the division of their responsibilities as well as how to supervise and examine them. |
