| Tiivistelmä: | This paper expresses its opinions on how to understand the dominant position of public ownership, the nature and features of non-public economy. It points out that we should keep to the orientation of socialism and keep public ownership in a dominant position, but collective cooperative economy is also an improtant component part of public economy, one of the bases of socialist economic system in China and the important carrier of keeping public ownership in a dominant position in the primary stage of socialism. |
