| Tiivistelmä: | Merger of enterprises is the inevitable outcome of market economy development. How do the Chinese enterprises conduct merger, facing the increasingly intense competition both at domestic market and overseas market? In view of this issue, this paper made an investigation in the state-owned enterprises with certain scale and representativeness and in Tianjin and Baoding cities which have some special practice in this line. It also discusses the general practice in this line. It also discusses the general problems met in the course of merger of enterprises. |
