| Tiivistelmä: | There are three basic forms of the guiding principals in reorganizing state-owned foreign trade enterprises: reorganization within the foreign trade industry, inter- trade reorganization, of foreign trade enterprises, and trans-ownership reorganization of foreign trade enterprises. The following statistics can be adopted for the reorganization of state-owned foreign trade enterprises: reorganizing foreign trade enterprises on the basis of famous-brand products; reorganizing by the utilization of international selling networks; reorganizing by horizontal relevance; reorganizing by vertical and integrational relevance. |
