| Tiivistelmä: | Capital operation is an important step made by the state-owned enterprises of material circulation. Its internal cause is the backward operational mechanism while its external one is the pressure of reform of economic system. It is decided by the kinds and causes of risk of capital operation that th state-owned enterprises of material circulation must establish operational risk-related restraint and incentive mechanisms, early warning and feedback control systems, and standardize behavior of operation in order to make it suit the strategic reorganization. |
