| Tiivistelmä: | It's generally believed that there seems to be no argumentation on property rights of completely state-owned enterprises since their capital funds were solely input by the nation and the ownership is unitary. However, there will be non-state ownership under some special circumstances: 1. Potents and know-hows, which are invented and created by technical personnel in the state-owned enterprises and which don't belong to service invention-creation, should be classified as individual property right; 2. Technology stock , management stock and original stock which have been set up during the reshuffling of share holding systems, should be classified as individual stocks concerning property right; 3. enterprises owned by the whole people, which had been founded by borrowing funds without the guarantee of state-owned units, their profits should be owned by them. |
