| Tiivistelmä: | The management of successful state-owned enterprises is characterized by the following: They have changed their concept of business operation and taken market as the starting point and the final settling place of the whole activities of enterprises. They have shifted the simple promotion of products into the omni-directional marketing. They have also established the new management and organizational systems conforming to the demand of market economy. Moreover, they stress technological progress and the dynamic development of products. While doing well the basic work in a down-to-earth manner, they pay attention to the perfection of the various management systems and their strict implemention. The most important thing is that they have a unified and hard working leading term and a good team leader. |
