| Tiivistelmä: | A problem worth notice in the assets appraisal of small-sized state-owned enterprises is how to appraise the magnitude of value correctly. It involves double meanings. One is understanding. We should understand that it is imperative to adopt a flexible policy towards small-sized enterprises. The other is technical operation. We should take a new method of assets appraisal. According to this method, we should convert the expected yield of an enterprise within a given time in the future into the current capital volume or investment volume in order to find the overall value of the enterprises. In the course of assets appraisal, the State Administration of State-Owned Assets should also combine a sense of principle with flexibility organically. |
