| Tiivistelmä: | First, people's deposit becomes the main resource of the capital of reforming state-owned enterprises, which causes inflationary effect and short-range activities of state-owned enterprises. Second, national debt investment has a positive effect on the reform of state-owned enterprises through affecting macro-economic environment.It is helpful to enrich the capital of state-owned enterprises and transforms enterprises management from extensive form to intensive form. For this purpose, we should actively guide the people to invest in stock and stock right; stimulate the people by profit to make more direct investment; pay attention to exploit new forms of investment toll of different risks, profits, time limits and mobitity; satisfy people's different investment requirement and carry out the enlargement of people's investment and so on. |
