| Tiivistelmä: | The direction of the strategic reorganization of Shanghai's national economy should be fixed as the following 4 aspects: 1, optimizing the allocation structure of state-owned capital; 2, carrying out the shrinking of national economic front on our own initiative; 3, better the quality of state-owned capital; 4.strengthening the infiltration force of national economy.
