| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, there are still institutional deficiencies in the reform of state-owned enterprises: as far as property right system is concerned, it upholds capital relationship; concerning the organizational form, it copies the management structure of corporation enterprises under the capitalistic market economy; concerning the relationship of distribution, it deprives workers their distribution rights of profits. Therefore, countermeasures should be as follows:establishing workers' status as masters politically; in organizational systems, ensuring workers' operating and managing rights of enterprises' means of production; in economic sense, establishing workers' distribution rights over their fruit of labour; entrust workers with rights of investment. |
