| Tiivistelmä: | After creditor's rights transfer to stock rights, the beneficiary enterprises are not always lifted out of difficulties. The reasons are as follows: sound and effective operational mechanism of SOEs has not been shaped, and the default activities of enterprises in debts are hardly to be avoided. Assets management companies should work out the appropriate range of removing unfavorable assets, and prudently identify the unfavorable assets transferred to stock, as well as improve the operational efficiency of asset. |
