| Tiivistelmä: | All-directional reforms are needed to establish modern propriety rights system satisfying the demands of state-owned assets. The major body of state-owned assets' owner should be clarified. Moreover, optimize mechanisms concerning spirting up and constraining the main body of stated-owned assets' owner, which is a key sector to strengthen the sense of responsibility of the main body of propriety rights. Meanwhile, it is necessary to develop social and cultural atmosphere suitable to the growth of modern entrepreneurs. |
