| Tiivistelmä: | The paper addresses the techniques for monitoring and managing risk from the point of view of practising risk manager. The article describes project risks and the need for a risk-management infrastructure. Criteria for choosing methods is proposed. Author suggests that a start has been made by defining some criteria for choosing an infrastructure and describing some techniques that have been found to be useful in practice. Some of the issues present when more than one company is involved have also been discussed. |
