| Tiivistelmä: | The increasing importance of the quality management for the competitiveness of a firm is highlighted. Quality information is an essential element of quality assurance or the quality management system. It is shown how an efficient quality information system should be developed and implemented. The contents, structure and everyday use of a high-performing quality information system is described and analyzed. This presentation is based on theoretical considerations and on empirical evidence from six case studies. |
