Tiivistelmä:The study presented here attempted to identify the factors under the control of the organization that may predict expatriate job satisfaction. The results indicate that both job/task and organization characteristics are significantly related to both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. The results appear to have both managerial and research implication. Such an approach may help to overcome the common criticism of international research as too piecemeal.
