| Tiivistelmä: | China's rural area is in the transitional period of economic system. Shocks between the new system and the old one are very strong. Macro agricultural economic control system has not perfected yet. Implementing industrial policies in rural faces many difficulties, and there exists many shortcomings and problems in rural industrial policy system. The government should strengthen macro development guidance, pay more attention to using economic means, perfect rural industrial policy system so as to improve rural enterprises' and peasants' economic behavior to meet social demand, and make the whole rural economy develop continuously, stably and coordinately. |
