| Tiivistelmä: | This two-part study used a behavioral framework to explore the usefulness of simple routines for a subset of pricing decisions in multinational corporations, and measured the effect of their use on performance. In the first part on the study, two decision routines and some of their limitations were identified from the literature and a series of field studies, from which hypotheses were derived. The second part tested the hypotheses using the PIMS database. |
