| Tiivistelmä: | In the aspect of motive of setting up state-owned transnational companies, there exists a gap between the government and companies. We would give fewer considerations to the conditions of participating in international labor division when we set up transnational companies and did international business. The best way to resolve the problem is that the state-owned transnational companies are set up in accordance with principles of market. The business strategies are the following: international cooperation, joint participation in competition, stable development, carefully making decision, appropriate ways of investment. |
