| Tiivistelmä: | During the restructuring of economic system and overall reform, the important tasks of agricultural reform are to establish macro-economic managerial system for agriculture, strengthen macro-regulation, realize state management from direct into indirect regulation. The core of macro-economic regulation for agriculture is the control of aggregate demand of rural society based on economic planning and an open, perfect market system with policy means, economic information media and the guarantee of law and education. The grand system will be formed with 4 subsystems of decision making control, policy regulation, information feedback and check. |
