| Tiivistelmä: | Establishing market economic system puts forward brand new requirements to the reform of insurance system. In the present stage the fundamental content of China's insurance systematic reform is the fostering and developing of an insurance market. It should meet the requirements of markets and of market economy. The target model of fostering and developing insurance market in China is multiform and limited market. Main tasks are to establish proper market structure, the mechanism of functioning, the system of middle man, the market of re-insurance and the system of legal protection. |
